What happens to your email address. Short and honest.

We're June and Koen, the two people behind KUNE, based in Lokeren, Belgium. KUNE isn't a registered company yet, so for now the two of us are responsible for your data.
Only what you give us when you sign up: your email address. We also save the language you were using and the date you signed up.
To tell you when KUNE opens, and now and then to send you news: new finds, first pick, the odd newsletter. That's it. We never sell your address or share it with anyone for advertising. We only do this because you asked us to (your consent).
Safely with the companies that run our website (Vercel) and our database (Upstash). They may store data outside the EU, using the safeguards EU law requires. Only June and Koen can see the list.
Until you ask us to remove it. Every email we send will have a way to unsubscribe.
You can ask to see, change or delete your data, or change your mind at any time. Email us at hello@bykune.com (or message us on Instagram, @by.kune) and we'll sort it out. Not happy with how we handle it? You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
No tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice is remembered on your own device, and that's all.
